At The House of Nawazish Ali, every order is handled with care and attention to detail to ensure a smooth experience. In-stock pieces are processed within 2–5 business days, while pre-order or order-to-make items require 4–6 weeks for preparation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

Shipping Charges

Nationwide shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International shipping costs depend on the destination and package weight. Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
