At The House of Nawazish Ali, we are committed to providing the highest quality handmade craftsmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.
"Normal conditions" typically refer to situations where the product is delivered as described, without defects or errors in workmanship, and meets the quality standards set by The House of Nawazish Ali. In such cases, where the product meets our quality control standards and matches the description provided at the time of purchase, The House of Nawazish Ali does not offer returns or exchanges. This policy is in line with our commitment to providing exceptional handmade products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
At The House of Nawazish Ali, we prioritize quality assurance to ensure that every customer receives a piece free from defects. Our quality checks include thorough inspections during the handcrafting and packaging stages. We employ skilled artisans and professionals who meticulously examine each piece for any flaws, inconsistencies, or damages that may affect its appearance or integrity.
We adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the entire production process, using premium fabrics and materials, with every stitch and motif carefully reviewed before dispatch.
Notification of Defect
If you receive a piece with a defect, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To report a defective item, please contact our customer care team at support@thehouseofnawazishali.com or +923361321888, and provide the following information to support your claim:
- Order number or reference
- Description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos clearly showing the defect
- Any other relevant details or documentation related to the issue
- Packaging images, if applicable
Return Process
In the event of a verified defect, The House of Nawazish Ali will bear the return shipping cost in full. Our team will guide you through the return process. Please follow these steps:
- Notify us of any defect within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing order details and clear evidence of the issue
- Upon approval, securely pack the item and ship it back to our address — all return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed by The House of Nawazish Ali
- Once received, we will assess the defect and offer an appropriate resolution
Thorough Investigation
Upon receiving the returned piece, The House of Nawazish Ali will conduct a comprehensive investigation to assess the reported issue. Our process includes visual inspections, documentation review, and an internal quality assessment to determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund or Replacement
Based on our findings and in adherence to our policy, we will proceed with one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement piece, subject to availability
- Store credit of equal value, valid for 30 days from the date of approval
- Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of The House of Nawazish Ali
The House of Nawazish Ali reserves the right to make final decisions on all refunds and replacements based on the outcome of the investigation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Eligibility
Customers may initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing their order. After this timeframe, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, as the production or processing of your piece may have already commenced. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and will not be possible for orders already processed or dispatched. If the cancellation window has elapsed, the customer will not be permitted to cancel their order, and all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Timeframe
Customers may initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing their order. After this timeframe, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team immediately with your order number.
Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit of equal value. This store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of approval and may be used on our online store only. The expected timeframe for processing is 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Exceptions
The following orders are exempt from cancellation:
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable
- Made-to-order or customised pieces where the production process has already been initiated
